Lindsey Strand-Polyak serves as Artistic and Executive Director of Musique du Jour Presents, a Seattle-based concert series (currently in its 10th season) devoted to the vivid sound worlds of the 17th and 18th centuries.

Founded over thirty-five years ago by George Bozarth and Tamara Friedman, Musique du Jour Presents has become a cherished part of the Pacific Northwest’s musical landscape — admired for its imaginative programming and performances on exquisite historical instruments.

A homecoming of sorts for Lindsey, the series continues to celebrate early music’s expressive richness while creating opportunities for a new generation of artists and audiences to discover its enduring beauty.
